Kangana Ranaut has reacted to the Income Tax Department (IT) raid at the house of Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu and director Anurag Kashyap. Taapsee Pannu and his company have a total of two cases, the first of which is a tax evasion of Rs 25 crore, in which it is alleged that they had received Rs 5 crore as cash. While the second case is related to Phantom Films. In this case, there has been a charge of tax evasion of 600 crores rupees by the holders of Phantom Films.

Talking about the raid by Income Tax, the Income Tax Department raided the houses of several shareholders of Phantom Films, including Tapsee Pannu and Anurag Kashyap on Wednesday. IT officials said in a statement that the shareholders of the production house are suspected of doing a scam of up to Rs 650 crore in tax.
Tapasi received cash of Rs 5 crore, about which he was also questioned on 3 March. According to a recent information surfaced in this case, IT officials suspect that Taapsee Pannu’s phone has been completely cleaned. IT officials are taking help of experts in trying to recover deleted data
Due to the deletion of the data, Taapsee can be called once again for questioning. According to the report, Anurag Kashyap and Phantom Films have all such shareholders whose data of their phones has been completely cleared. The IT team suspects that this was done after one case after another in the Sushant case falling on Bollywood celebrities.
